Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support email] with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and cover the return shipping.
Change of mind
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and checking the item.
What we cannot take back
For safety reasons, we cannot accept pepper spray that has been opened, tested or used.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel or change an order within 24 hours, as long as it has not been dispatched.
